Currently, you can indicate which is the patient's preferred number to contact (home, business, cell). No matter what is indicated though, it is the patient's home number that appears at the top of the chart.
Whenever I put PATPREFERREDCONTACTMETHOD in, it puts the words "cell phone" in the status bar and the number showing is still the home phone unless I also add cell phone to the bar, then it shows both. Nothing is in bold.
This is already an option- see Display/Display/Status Bar, right click, choose "PATPREFERREDCONTACTMETHOD".
You do have the ability to customize what appears at the top. So, you could include all the numbers, and when you set a preferred phone number in the patient's section, that number will appear in Bold at the top of the chart.
