In a chart forms can be made so you cannot add duplicate forms. However, once the form has been archived, we should be able to add another of the same form. This works primarily for things like prenatal records, where we need to ensure we don’t duplicate forms, but also need to add a new one if a new pregnancy happens. It gets confusing if there are multiple PNRs on a chart without some way to differentiate - if we could archive them so they no longer appear in the current chart, but are still available to review in the archive, that would be very useful. Being able to avoid adding a duplicate PNR ensures the provider has to actively review and archive the old PNR before adding a new one, which is a good double check to avoid accidentally adding unneeded or additional forms accidentally.
