tear away scheduler

create the ability to have a floating window withthe daily/weekly schedule presented - when you click on a patient it switches to that patient in the main window,

    This feature already exists. Hold the ALT key while clicking on the Scheduler icon on the left side of Accuro to open the scheduler in a separate window.
