Adding RA file in "Billed by Diag Code" report

Awesome product btw! We signed up in April 2021 and love it.

  1. When searching and generating report "total billed by diag code" it would be great to add a dropdown box with a list of RA files on record. In other words, one can either search by date range, or within a specific RA file. This, in my opinion, would be even more helpful that just a date range because each RA file search is more accurate and include all corrected errors from prior submissions, which are not included in date range search.

  2. In summary, one should be able to search

    1. by date range only

    2. by RA file only

    3. or by both

  3. Our prior vendor had all these options and it was very helpful, unfortunately they didn't offer EMR, just billing and booking. Screen snapshots could be shared with QHR team if needed.

  4. A significant portion of Accuro users are specialists. Is there a plan to have an outgoing HRM service/plugin? In other words when a specialist lab or clinic can send out reports to referring doctors via HRM instead of fax.

  5. The music playing while on telephone hold has only one song, which is a very annoying theme and it would be nice to stream a classical music channel.

    1. RA file = payment date (I would add the dropdown box just before date range)

    2. Also would be helpful to add service code in search. As each specialist has a number of service codes, it will help to reconcile each physician in the group at the end of each cycle/RA payment.
