Ability to arrange columns in Virtual Chart

The columns in the Virtual Chart can be turned on/off, but cannot be moved. If this is not able to be configured to be customizable per user or office, at least the From and Report Author columns should be moved between Subtype and Note as the logical way of reading/scanning a chart is to look at Type --> Subtype --> Who it is from. With the currently layout, you have to visually scan all the way to the right of the screen to see who a document is from.
