To be able to add 2 addressed with phone numbers and fax numbers for doctors that work in 2 or 3 different clinics

It is so time consuming and not efficent as some doctors work at multiple clinics and we only have the provision to add one address + phone and fax on the doctors. I think it would be great if like in the pt demographics there is a + sign to add , we can have that added on for Providers to be able to add mulitple address locations with their phone and address ...

    This is a great idea. You can't have a physician in the address book twice ; however a lot of physician's work at multiple clinics or hospital.
