Our clinic finds the Traffic manager quite "messy" and disruptive to have to arrive a patient on the scheduler, then open the traffic manager, just so we can document which room the patient is in. And then go back to it to complete the appointment when the patient is finished.
It would be much nicer to be able to do everything from the scheduler so that after a patient is 'arrived', if we right click, to have the option to choose the room (custom room names would be nice), the symbol would change from 'arrived' to 'ER1' for example. (its so messy having 3-4 statuses on the appointment. they status should replace each other as the patient moved through the clinic)
and then once the patient has completed their appointment, if the 'completed' status was also an option within the scheduler appointment, then the 'ER1' would change to completed.
It just makes more sense to have the statuses on the scheduler, rather than a separate traffic manager window.
