prompt to set task when cancelling appointment.

when cancelling an appointment using the "cancel appointment" option, it would be great to be prompted to ask if we want to set a task reminder for rebooking


ALSO - It would be nice when cancelling an appointment using the status option, to have the entire appointment have an X across it so it is easy to tell it is cancelled on the scheduler. The current options of having letters or only 3 choices of icons is very limiting and just congests the scheduler further than it already is.
