A trail record of people responding or forwarding a task/mail. I have noticed that if a message has been created by let say for example staff A and sent the task to staff B, then staff B responded and forwarded the task to staff C without hitting the F12 button, it won't show the response came from staff B. The only thing that will show up is the task has been created by staff A and it has been assigned to staff C. There's no trail on the task/message that indicate who were the people responding to it specially if no one is used to hit F12. Are you able to create a way to have the username auto-populate beside the message/response so we could identify who created the response and not to go over the audit log just to check the trend of messaging. Not all of the staff has the access to audit log. Thank you.
