family history needs to be streamlined

The family history tab is borderline useless. It takes almost 30 seconds to enter a single issue because the layout is not intuitive. There are too may relationships listed. Family history does not include "Managers" and "Associates", they are not within anyones family.


The Diagnosis should be searchable using ICD-9 codes or Free text. The relatioships should only include immediate family member options. "Grandparents" needs to be separated to distinguish between Maternal or Paternal Grandfather or Grandmother.

    we got our history bands customized so we enter free text, I agree the pick list was completely useless and cumbersome.
