Currently, when we download patient letters from EMR they are downloaded as PDF image and we would like to have the option to download as PDF Text or a Word document. It is becoming very problematic to submit patient letters and interrupting the necessary requirements we need to do to submit these documents to our central hospital network. So we need a system in place from your end to be able to generate different types of files (i.e word etc.) to allow for cross work between our system platforms. Thanks
