Generate average wait times automatically / refine current reporting system.

Right now, we are unable to generate of reports of average wait times from waitlist information. According to Accuro support, "Average Wait Time" has become an "unusable field". Can we restore this feature? Alternatively, can wait times be generated automatically from referral and booked dates?
