Additional fax cover pages

We require the ability to use a different fax cover page when faxing documents not assigned to a patient. Sometimes we receive referrals via fax that we have to refuse and send back. We want to be able to create a fax cover page stating the refusal reason and options to checkbox reasons why it was refused. We don't want to have to print and then scan back in with a paper copy of this cover page

    I hope this is still being considered since it is from 2021. We often reject referrals due to missing information, not our specialty, etc. We don't register these patients in our system and need to send it back with notation of why it is being rejected. To be able to create a cover page with this information would be very useful
