The version of IE that is launched when opening CDS links is outdated (ie. This Page can't be displayed). It would be super beneficial if each instance of Accuro had the ability to determine what browser (or version) was most appropriate for them, instead of having to stay on an older version to accommodate a website that is of no relevance.
Our group had requested this as well, because even QHR's own user guide doesn't open properly in Internet Explorer anymore, and more sophisticated sites like UpToDate no longer load at all. We were told that this isn't something QHR is willing to invest any time into, because once clients update to Accuro Cloud, the default browser will be Microsoft Edge, which should render modern websites properly. I do still wish they would change it now, though, because a lot of clinics are still months (if not years) away from switching over.
