Have a pop up that would display patient's relatives/ partner/ husband

Could we please have a pop up that would display patient's relatives/ partner/ husband, I work at an OBGyne clinic, so we get tons of our patient's husband's lab results, I know that there is an option by the patient's demographics to link patient's relationships but that option is really NOT as good when there will be a pop up message, this will really help us a lot , so we don't have to waste our time investigating. I also saw an idea similar to mine from 2016,linking/displaying patients relatives, hopefully you can add this option ! thanks
