Patient Demographics *if Health CARD is Expired* a warning to indicate card is Expired

Reception and Billing. To ensure a Health Card is Valid at time of Registration in patient demogrphics. If office is busy, this expiry date can be missed at time of patient entering/registering in office for a visit. Is too late at point of billing when this warning automatically pops up; as patient has already left the office.
