Option to default recipient in Template Wizard

For the Template Wizard, would prefer an option to default the recipient to either:

  1. To whom it may concern,

  2. Referral Introduction + Name of the consultant - if this option is selected, then a subsequent option to default the consultant's fax number for faxing purposes, rather than having to search for the fax number in the address book.

  3. Referral Introduction + consultant name needs to be searched in the address book (this option is selected when the user will choose which consultant they want the letter faxed to).

Currently, the user has to select the who the letter is intended for in 2 areas which just adds unnecessary work for the user if this could be defaulted in the template wizard section.
