You can use the 10 minute interval which is a common denominator for 20 and 30 minute appointments. You can pre-set appointment types with specific lengths using template suggestions, and you can also click and drag more than one appointment slot to create an appointment of a specific length.

it would also be nice to be able to pre set so every single appointment you dont have to click the length.
