Fax documents without attaching it to a particular patient / chart

Ie. Create and fax covers letters and correspondence without an associated patient file.

    you can do this by scanning in what you want to send (correspondence) to the document section and fax it from there - you can add a cover letter if you like without having it attached to a patient file (unless I misunderstand your request) We do this a fair bit in our practice...
