when I send my patients ultrasound appointments I have clinical letter templates created so the appointment is generated in the letter and all I have to type out is the ultrasound appointment, but whenever I go to cancel an appointment that has one of these letters I have to go in to the chart and make the date of service of the letter a random day and not the day of the appointment so that it will let me cancel it. I should be able to cancel an appointment even though there is a form or letter attached to that appointment date.
