Further to this, is anyone having an issue with first name of referring physician not being put in the generated letter. We have to add the first name manually. Not critical but does look nicer with a proper full name

This would be tremendously helpful, as the clinic note is not in a ready to be faxed format, thus having to go through the whole process of editing the clinic note and creating a new formatted letter, when all that is needed is a saved generated letter for easy re-faxing and forwarding.
