BC special authority eforms are very useful for getting special authority meds approved quickly for our patients (discrete data entered on a form straight into Pharmacare system rather than info being faxed which requires someone on the other end to do that data entry) . However it is a pain to log in separately and manually enter the patient's PHN and my billing number. The EMR has all that data in it already. Surely there should be a way to make this happen automatically from the EMR.
