have button to import all listed non-referring providers when generating letter

When generating letter, it is automatically addressed to the referring MD but many patients may also have a family physician, pediatrician or other specialist who regularly cares for them and needs a copy of the letter. Currently, additional recipients have to be manually searched in the "Generate letter" window "carbo copies" section. That means having to go back and check who the additional provider is and then navigating back to manually select them. When faxing from the virtual chart, there is a button in the fax window that allows you to have all listed providers on the demo page populate automatically. Can this button be added to the "Generate letter" carbon copies box? Huge time saver and avoids forgetting recipients.
