pin existing form to top of encounter notes

We are a midwifery group and it would be super helpful to be able to "pin" a form to the top of the Encounter Notes section. Our most used item in Accuro is a prenatal record form that we edit over a period of months and it is annoying to have to search for it as it moves down the list in Encounter Notes. Being able to pin it to the top would really streamline my work flow! Adding a quick action button for the form does not help as we need to access the SAME copy of the form over and over again.

    I have tried a few different ways to "Open as New" but it doesn't appear to be an option anymore. Can you maybe use screen grabs to show how to keep a form at the top?

    If you right click and hit Open as New and choose No not to clear the form, the form will keep moving up to the top.
