Currently there is a single set of placeholders that will populate data relating to an appointment (<APPTDATE>, <APPTTIME>...etc).
It would be helpful to have a similar set of placeholders for the most recent previous appointment so that data relating to this appointment could be displayed on the status bar, for instance.
E.g., user reviewing labs, and is wondering why a patient was sent for these labs. If user could see the most recent previous apt date and type in the status bar, this crucial piece of info required to answer that question could be available immediately as a result of clicking on the lab (which selects that patient and displays their info in the status bar)
