Patient search from any screen

Sometimes you are working in an area of the EMR and you need to pull up a different patient, but you have to go to the Patients tab just to get a search window to look for the patient. We are not often in the scheduler tab as doctors so that is not a helpful place for a patient window. We should be able to search from the status bar so we don't have to go to a separate tab and then search for the patient.
