QHR invoices are so opaque. It is not clear what is being charged for which provider. There are "discounts" (the base price is grossly overinflated and then discounts are offered to make you want to switch)--but it doesn't say to which provider the discounts apply. Very shady business practices. When we make a change, e.g. add a staff member or locum, we have to check a box that says we agree to pay whatever QHR deigns to bill us; there should be absolute price transparency right at that time to say exactly what we will pay. Every time I review our invoice it feels like a used car salesman pitch.
