Physicians in the group are currently able to view the whole RA and are able to see other physicians income which is a breach of privacy.
Target>Users>Manage Security>Users is where you can choose to add or remove billing visibility.
Choose your user's name from the drop down, go to the providers's list tab and uncheck all the billing column for each user, with the exception of the user you are working on.
I'm not sure if QHR has a better method, but that's how I've done it for my clinic.
