Change appt. time in accuro templates

I created a template in Accuro for 30 min slots initially, then had to adjust it to 20 min. slots, however when I try to change the 30 min slots to 20 mins, it does not allow me to adjust the appt. length. This is VERY inconvenient. I basically have to put the appt. into another column, adjust the time and then paste the appt. back. We do not have the time to do this for every appt. and this needs to be changed to be more efficient.
