Colour code patient data when running a query

Would like the ability to colour code patient data row based on a data point (ie. for us, it would be "Patient Status" and also to have a column that allows users to add notes on that patient data row. So if the "Patient Status" is "Active", then it would be highlighted in red for example, or if it was labelled as "Baby" then it would be highlighted in blue. Whatever our practice identifies as a status and the colour for that status, this would show up on the query once it is run.


Also, I would like to be able to send a link to this list to the members of the practice either through Accuro mail or some other way as it often contains the data we need to review at meetings rather than having them generate their own list.


Also, I would like the ability to choose which data columns are displayed (ie. remove sex column, phone number column, PHN column, and add other columns).
