* FIX DEFAULT setting for labs ordered within clinic and cc'd to another doctor in same clinic

We found an issue when labs were ordered by a walk-in doctor in our clinic and "cc'd" to their family physician in the same clinic. The doctor who was "cc'd" reviewed the lab - BUT it disappeared from the ordering physicians lab folder (this is because it was within the same clinic). I contacted QHR and was told there was a simple fix to the default so that both doctors would get the lab results. That should always been the default - there should be no choice. The default in Accuro could have caused a serious patient issue. Someone could easily have had results that were not followed up on.
