Teams function for Health Mail

A group of care providers (ex. Team of Midwives) could open a message thread and have each of the providers be able to contribute in terms of adding attachments (documents, labs results, requisitions). Currently only the initiaing provider is able to attach anything to the document thread. Also currently from Health Mail only messages you've initiated can be viewed. It would be great for there to be a way for additional members of the care team to be looped into the message through Health Mail.

    Providers who share patients need to be able to have group communication in medeo/accuro please.
