Way to track Arrival time

We would like to be able to track what time a Pt arrives for their appt. This would be good for 1) being able to see how our clinic is doing at getting Pt's seen in a timely manner and 2) for when Pt's say that they have been here longer than they were 3) to be able to discuss w/Pt if they are frequently late

    If you are adding "arrived" to the patient appt as a status when they arrive, you can view the times these statuses are added to the appointment in the "Quick Patient Appt View" (we use F4 for this) > Appt history tab. select the appt in question, and you can the times the statuses are added/changed.
