100% agree with this. We just got a new provider to what was once a one-provider clinic at a specialist office and I'm already dreading the nightmare scheduling is going to be. I can't look at the entire week without getting a clear picture of what is going on. With an EMR that allows us to make our own forms and change as much as we can, I was surprised we weren't able to toggle who we could view and how we could view our schedule. Very disappointed. Hope this changes soon.
