When changing an address for a patient, an window automatically pops up asking if you want to update other patients at this address. We have run into a few occasions where we ask the patient if that person has moved also and the other patient is upset that we have shared their personal info. IE: that they are a patient in our office. We would like to have the option the shut this p[op up off.
This feature is handy if a family of patients has moved - you can update them all at once!
You can also disable this setting for your entire clinic by logging into Accuro as an administrator user and following these steps:
Click Accuro icon on the bottom left
Search "system settings"
Click General tab
Deselect checkbox labeled "Check for Other Patients When Changing Address"
Save Settings
