Create a back door file for storage

have more in accuro then "hiding" inactive patient but to create a file system where you can move patients who are not any longer a patient of the clinic and/or are deceased and/or patient can be grouped for different clinics where doctors have more than one clinic on site eg: dermatology - family practice or wound - family practice. So they are out of the main stream EMR. It enables to organize patients/clinics better and would help avoid booking issues when physicians have more than one practice within the same space
