Shorten the spaces between actions on the action bar (Charm bar on right side of screen)

Since the update today the quick action bar no longer fits the actions that were previously all visible and has now caused a scroll down selection. Our physician uses the charm bar for many of his forms and this has caused him to have to scroll to select previously accessible actions. The spacing between the action is not necessary.
