Patient Messaging and Referral Letter Generation Separate in Ocean

Currently, when a physician changes from generating a letter for a referral for a patient and then goes to send a patient a message with an attachment through Ocean, there are multiple steps that need to be done.

The most inefficient is having to remove or add the default footer, default header & referral intro depending on whether you switched from sending a referral and then a patient message or vice versa.

There should be two separate processes so that "generate letter" function is not part of the patient messaging OR a way to select the defaults based on a referral letter or patient messaging so that they don't flip back and forth.
