<APPDATE> tag defaults to the next appointment. Should be an option to choose if there are multiple future appointments.

For patients with multiple upcoming appointments, <APPDATE> tag is often used in macros, can cause confusion when referring to another future appointment if the next one is the default.

Can be enabled in preferences if this might disrupt some workflow. A drop down to choose the appointment date would be good, similar to when generating letters. Would only pop up only when there are multiple future appointments to confirm which appointment date.
