For failed faxes, sometimes instead of just re-sending it to the same fax number, I need to go back to the document and re-fax it to a different fax number (e.g. after updating/correcting it).
It would save a lot of time if you could just click on the failed fax and it would take you to that document so that you make any necessary changes and re-fax. Currently, I have to close the Fax Manager window and then manually search for that patient and then try to figure out which fax it was that didn't go through.
Alternatively, it would be helpful to have the option to update the fax number in the Address Book directly from the Fax Manager (i.e. if it is incorrect) and re-fax.
