Option to Have Gobal Message Display in Demographics Bar

Currently the Demographics Bar as well subsequent line underneath is very customizable (much appreciated) but I am unable to allow a patient's "Global Message" to display here. We practice interventional medicine and typically include allergies in this location in order to prevent reactions (typically with the different skin disinfetants we use). Although the global message does create a pop up, once the pop up is cleared (cannot do anything within a chart until clearing) there is no clear indicator or alert regarding same. If there is a "< >" for the global message and I use it, will it populate correctly? If so, please share same.
