Remote Ocean Kiosk Registration

Currently, if you want to register a tablet to function as a check in kiosk, you need to physically register the kiosk in person with password login. It would be helpful to be able to do this remotely from the Ocean admin portal when needed. For instance if an MOA is away sick for the day, this allows another admin to remotely activate the kiosk without having to travel to the clinic. There is already the function to deactivate the kiosk from the portal at any point, so this would be an intuitive addition. The registered kiosk should remain visible in the portal at all times, with easy on/off activation.
