We were recently on-boarded to receive documents by HRM and the documents are all coming in with the reported date and not the Date of Service. We need to fix this issue as some reports are coming in days/weeks after the date of service. This is causing much confusion in our charts.
Please allow us to change the date of the HRM reports that are coming into the lab folder. The date of service in included in the body of the reports. I have contacted Accuro client services and they were unable to help with this issue.
ie 1: A patient has an Operation on April 2, 2026* and the operative report received by HRM is dated April 9, 2026* with no way for our office to correct this. Which makes it look at a glance that the patient had his surgery on the 9th.
Ie 2: Discharge summary received by HRM dated March 17, 2026*, however the patient passed away two weeks earlier and should have had a date of March 6, 2026*. (* dates changed to protect patient privacy.)
