Maybe this is a glitch (likely the case is as everything "looks normal"). But I was asked to go here and submit an entry for an error message to pop up when an address book entry is not saved. We had a case where we entered a new physician in F2 and it looked added (with a "updated May 1, 2026" on the bottom, and the "Update Provider option at the bottom too (instead of Add Provider). In the end, it looks like because we put a 5 digit billing number Accuro was just not recognizing it and that was why the Provider was not saving. Once the billing number was removed - it saved. So a pop up stating the provider had not been saved would be nice.
