When you highlight a numbered list or bullet list then hit tab (with the intent to indent the list), it deletes the entire list.
The bullets are weirdly big compared to the text. Can we have the ability to chage the size or shape of the bullets?
Dragging and dropping lab histories into the note does not function within a numbered or bullet list. When you drag and drop labs into the note within a list, it does very weird things and puts the info to the left of the list. But if you use the "undo" button, it will gradually bring the labs into the numbered list. But....each lab has its own number in the list rather than being indented as a group. When you highlight them to indent, when you hit tab, it deletes them.
When we drag and drop labs into a clinical note, we don't always want ALL of the history. It would be nice to only bring one or two of the most recent labs in. When I click the "only most recent" button, it removes some but not all of the past labs. This functionality is not working. Labs from 12 years ago are not "most recent".
Clicking "only note DOS" is not helpful. I think this means date of service? But most of the time, patients don't have labs done on the date of service. I am not sure how this is supposed to function - maybe it could show labs in the last week or the last 2 lab values? or have us pick how many past values to drag and drop?
Please make the functionality in clinical notes more similar to Microsoft word with the same shortcuts if possible.
