under Billing rules allowing it to be billed #x per provider and per time period

The OHIP rule is that each patient can be billed with procedure code A263 2x every 365 days per provider. Currently the billing rule allows a rule to be created for A263 of 2x every 365 days but this applies to all providers for a clinic. Making this function useless as if a patient sees two different providers lets say for a urgent care visit and another provider for a follow up visit this rule would trigger even though each provider would have one more chance to bill A263.
