RE: case# 03310757
We notice the Query Builder, the rule Category Documents/Document/Type doesn't have an option 'Lab Documents' .
When we look for a Gynecological Cytology result in the EMR and it rec'd from e-delivery, the label shows :
Type = Lab Documents
Sub-Type = Gynecological Cytology
The query build 'Documents/Document/Type/contains/Labs' AND Sub-Type/contains/Gynecological Cytology, it doesn't show any data.
Confirmed by Accuro Support team c/o Jo, she did clarify with the development team, they confirmed that the captioned label was coming from AHS. What I was told Accuro put the exact same labeling from AHS and put it into chart.
Currently I appreciate Jo has offered an option by putting 'Lab' under Documents/Document/Type/contains, it helps to pull the result, otherwise using the current command 'Labs' under the same pathway, the query wasn't able pulling data.
We would request if the Query Builder can add the lab label under the Documents/Document/Type/contain in order to match the source of result from AHS. Otherwise, its hard to create a proper query to match it. Thank you.
