User-Specific Forms That Do Not Affect the Entire Clinic

Please allow users to create forms that are visible only within their own account.

There are many forms that could improve an individual user’s daily workflow but would not be appropriate or useful for the entire clinic. When every form must be added clinic-wide or system-wide, even a simple personal workflow tool may require formal review and approval. This creates administrative work and discourages users from building efficient processes within Accuro.

A personal form library could exist alongside approved organizational forms. Administrators could retain control over whether personal forms may be shared, published, or converted into clinic-wide forms.

This would give users the flexibility to build tools suited to their responsibilities without cluttering shared form lists. It would also keep more work inside Accuro rather than encouraging users to create separate Word documents, spreadsheets, or paper forms outside the EMR.
