Patient-Specific Default Fax Contacts

When sending a fax, Accuro can quickly add certain providers connected to the patient. Please add a similar option for patient-specific default fax contacts.

Many patients routinely require correspondence to be sent to the same additional organizations or members of their care network. These recipients may include community clinics, care coordinators, long-term care facilities, pharmacies, transportation services, outreach programs, or other authorized contacts.

Users should be able to select contacts from the full Accuro Address Book and save them as default fax recipients for that patient. These contacts should not need to be classified as providers. When faxing, a button could add all saved default contacts, with the recipient list still displayed for confirmation before sending.

This would save time, reduce repetitive Address Book searches, and lower the risk of a routinely required recipient being missed.
