Folders and Labels for Organizing the Document Inbox

Please allow users to organize pending documents within the Document Inbox using personal folders, labels, or work-status categories.

Large document queues may contain items at many different stages. Some require immediate review, some are waiting for information, some require follow-up, and others may be lower priority. Currently, there is limited ability to organize this work without changing the document type or moving information outside Accuro.

Folders or labels could include categories such as urgent, follow-up required, waiting for information, administrative, or review later. Users should also be able to create their own personal labels.

This organization should not change the document’s type, location in the Virtual Chart, review status, or audit history.

Folders and labels would make large inboxes easier to manage, improve prioritization, and reduce the need for users to maintain separate tracking systems.
